From our beginnings in 2016, we have come a long way. Today, our annual production volume of over 4,300 tonnes places us in the world’s top 10 Wagyu producers.
Our customers include wholesalers, restaurants, butchers and speciality stores in Australia and international markets, including China, North America, across Asia and the Middle East.
And with a clear strategy to grow, we’re just getting started.

A signature process
We pride ourselves on our integrated supply chain, which is based on our signature Harmony process. For 1,200 days, we nurture and care for our animals and strive for perfection at every stage.
From our breeders to our distributors, we work closely with all our partners to guarantee the consistent supply of Wagyu beef to our customers all year round. We feed and process some 16,000 head of cattle annually.
We invest in elite fullblood bulls and provide superior genetics back to our cow / calf producers. We own and operate feedlots, and partner with intergenerational farmers in some of Australia’s premier livestock regions.
