Anthony Fellows
Chief Executive Officer
Anthony Fellows is CEO and a co-founder of Harmony Agriculture & Food Company. Since its inception in 2016, Anthony has successfully managed the business through all its developments to the leading Australian premium-branded beef business it is today.
Anthony has a wealth of experience in the meat and livestock sector. His career spans more than four decades across international trade and export, meat and livestock production, feedlot design and construction, and agribusiness management.
Anthony is adept at managing operational costs, P&L performance and cashflow as well as overcoming challenges presented by dynamic geopolitical environments, the global pandemic, and business distress. He is respected for his integrity, ability to build relationships, and his commercial acumen. An advocate for agribusiness, Anthony is a leader on issues from mental health and company culture through to animal welfare and sustainable business practices.

Patrick Fellows
Chief Operating Officer
Patrick is a skilled COO dedicated to building financially efficient livestock supply chains that result in positive operational and animal welfare outcomes. He has more than 15 years’ experience managing assets, and developing and sourcing livestock guaranteed to meet international and domestic specifications.
At Harmony, he is instrumental in our breeding program, leveraging technology, managing operations and enhancing animal welfare. He has intimate knowledge of the fundamental costs of agricultural production. He is highly analytical and proactive in implementing systems and processes that deliver financial and operational efficiencies.
Patrick is a strategic thinker and dedicated to ensuring all operational aspects of Harmony consistently meet customer expectations for premium-branded beef products. He is responsible for livestock procurement, management of third-party livestock vendors and custom feeders, livestock logistics, and feedlot operations including budgets and development of capital works.

Christian Ainsworth
Chief Financial Officer
Christian is an experienced corporate financial practitioner with a demonstrated ability to work with organisations at all stages of their lifecycle. He has advised clients both domestically and internationally on taxation, transactional and turnaround matters.
A Chartered Accountant, Christian has more than 10 years’ experience working with clients operating within Australia’s mining and agriculture sectors. He is a Fellow of the Tax Institute and has advised on taxation implications of transactions including inter alia, trade sales, mergers, acquisitions and deeds of company arrangement.
Christian joined Harmony in 2023 and brings significant strategic and financial nous as well as risk management expertise. He also holds directorships at both Pique Partners and Pique Capital, a strategic consultancy and independent boutique investment bank respectively.
An effective communicator, Christian is passionate about leading teams internally and managing relationships with external partners. A natural leader of people, he has played an active role in corporate transformation activities at both board and management levels throughout his career.

Claire Dyason
Head of Global Markets
Claire has 18+ years’ experience in corporate agriculture and energy and has worked both in Australia and internationally. She started her career with AACo in Queensland and is recognised as a leader in the Australian meat and livestock sector with a proven track record in driving growth in top and bottom-line performance.
Claire has extensive experience working cross-functionally and in a variety of roles including project and program management, sustainability, export, production, sales and marketing, assurance and consulting. As a result, Claire brings considerable strategic and commercial strength to the Harmony Leadership Team.
Her MBA from Cranfield University complements her practical knowledge of food and agriculture value chains, and firsthand experience managing sales and production across more than 15 export markets for Harmony.
She is a business mentor for Rocket Seeder, supporting innovators and entrepreneurs from start-up to scale-up to accelerate the pace of food and agriculture innovation.
