Unveiling The Black Opal Book of Wagyu

We’ve been working on something very special behind the scenes and were thrilled to share a sneak peak of the finished product in Dubai and the USA recently.

We’ve created The Black Opal Book of Wagyu – a guide to choosing, cooking and enjoying our premium F1 Wagyu beef. It’s intended as a reference point for the more than 35 different cuts produced in our Black Opal Wagyu brand.

Last week, attendees at Gulfood in Dubai and our key brand partner in the USA ThinkCulinary had the chance to flick through the book’s contents and examine the many ways to enjoy cooking and eating Black Opal Wagyu.
