Black Opal on show at Aussie beef dinner in Thailand

What a treat it was to have Chef Pruek, of Iron Chef Thailand fame, showcase our Black Opal Wagyu at a special Aussie beef dining experience in Bangkok last week.

Restaurateurs and retailers enjoyed his incredible talents with a range of delicious dishes that highlighted the superior flavour profile and fine marbling of our Wagyu.

The thing about premium beef is that it’s more than a delicious food; it’s an experience – and Chef Pruek brought that to life so well. From the moment you consider the different cuts available to you – right through to how you’ll cook it and share it – it’s a pleasurable experience.
