Meet Clint Giblett

Clint joined Harmony in May and has recently stepped up into the role of Feedlot Manager at our West Beef property in Kalannie, WA.

After 20-plus years in the ag industry, predominantly working in live export, Clint’s enjoying a new challenge and the opportunity to further his skills and knowledge.

“I love working in the outdoors and caring for animals. There’s a real mix of different animals here at West Beef. We’ve got pastoral cattle and Wagyu cattle, which means plenty of variety on the job,” Clint said.

“This is the first time I’ve worked at a long-fed feedlot, so I’m really looking forward to learning more about custom feeding, optimal days on feed and the MSA marbling system.”

And with a young family at home, Clint values the supportive work environment.

“My family are three hours from the feedlot. I’ve been able to structure my roster in a way that means I can deliver on my commitments at work and spend quality time with my family. I’m really enjoying my time here and I’m excited about what’s ahead.”
