Meet Pavez Alam

Pavez Alam joined the Harmony team last year as a Business Analyst.

Parvez is passionate about interpreting data. He analyses a range of business and industry information to improve how we do things and deliver on Harmony’s strategy. It’s these insights that help us to make informed, data-driven decisions and ensure sustainable production.

An engineer by trade, Parvez spent the early part of his career working in global manufacturing companies where his passion for data analysis came to the fore. Several years ago, he switched career paths and today, he’s excited to be growing his skills and expertise with Harmony.

“I’ve always loved working with data and uncovering insights to solve problems and find the best solutions,” Parvez said.

“What attracted me to Harmony was the supportive environment and flexibility. The team is great and there are plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself and grow. I’m learning something new every day.

“As the company enters its next phase of growth, leveraging data will be key. And that will create more opportunities to expand my work. I’m excited about what’s ahead.”
