Meet Diarmaid Ryng

A valued member of our finance team, Diarmaid is our Accounts Officer.

He’s instrumental in managing Harmony’s accounting records. Working in finance, he relishes the opportunity that affords him to get a front row seat to business activity and performance.

Diarmaid joined Harmony five years ago after moving to Perth from Ireland. Eager to be part of a major Australian industry, the chance to join Harmony and work in agriculture was the perfect fit.

“I never worked in agriculture before Harmony, but I’ve always found it interesting. I’ve since developed a deep affection for the industry. It feels good to be part of something so important to Australia’s way of life,” Diarmaid said.

“When I interviewed at Harmony, I got a good feeling for the place – and it hasn’t disappointed. It’s the people who make it such a good place to work. Everyone’s passionate about what they do and very supportive.”

The added bonus of working here? Diarmaid is especially fond of Wagyu. His cut of choice is a well-seasoned cube roll, cooked medium rare or medium.
