Burgers to celebrate the Fourth of July

When you think of Wagyu, what comes to mind? A lavish Tomahawk or Striploin steak in a high-end restaurant? Wagyu is synonymous with luxury – but it’s also one of the most versatile beef products on the market and offers something for everyone.

In fact, 30% of saleable Wagyu product is trim. The challenge we face as an industry is making the most of all cuts so more people can enjoy the luxury experience of Wagyu – whether it’s at home or in a restaurant.

One of the ways we’re doing this at Harmony is working closely with our wonderful brand partner ThinkCulinary in the United States. Together, we've introduced a new product specifically for this market: Black Opal Burger Patties.

While some may be daunted by the prospect of marketing such a product to the ultimate connoisseurs of burgers – the United States – we see it as an opportunity to test our Wagyu against the world’s best. And to bring more people together to share in one of life’s luxuries.

Wishing everyone in the United States a happy Fourth of July.
