LA Chef Conference 2023
It was fantastic to be at LA Chef Conference last week showcasing our Black Opal Wagyu to some of the best chefs in the USA, including Australia’s very own Curtis Stone.
The event is one of the leading restaurant industry conferences in that part of the world. We were delighted to once again partner with our distributor ThinkCulinary to bring to life the exceptional quality and consistency of our premium-branded beef.
Talented chefs Jet Tila and Burt Bakman served up two cracking dishes using our Wagyu: striploin tataki and ras al hanout rubbed tri tip. A big thank you to everyone involved for helping us to build our presence in the USA market.
