Meet Dillion Penhall

Dillion Penhall is our Assistant Feedlot Manager at our Dimboola property. He relishes a good challenge and caring for our cattle at every stage to produce a quality end product.

Hailing from Jerilderie in southern NSW, Dillion has spent his life around cattle. He’s worked in the feedlot industry for five-plus years. Keen to take the next step in his career, he joined Harmony about a year ago.

“It’s been a really worthwhile move for me. It’s a great atmosphere here; you feel like you’re part of the family. And they genuinely care about developing your skills and experience – whether that’s on the job or further training and education,” Dillion said.

“I recently completed a leadership development program through the University of Melbourne and really valued Harmony’s support to further my leadership skills.

“And the tasks and challenges that arise each day mean you’re constantly growing and learning. The tractor might break down or commodities might not arrive as planned. You’re always thinking on your feet. I like a good challenge!”
